Staff . I ll expect if the hotel is having staff at training they will have some supervisor helping . Or at least taking care of any questions on room billing prior to check out and not at check out on early morning . I almost missed an international flight while trying to show to the staff I had already paid for my 5 night stay. Beyond stressful and I am sure if I missed my flight the hotel would not have reimburse me even if I miss my flight due to their system or staff issues. And of course I have to be understanding which I am but again I almost missed my flights

Excellent hotel with full broad choice included breakfast daily until 11:30. Spacious, quiet yet right on the Kärtner Ring with short access to city center, subway and trams and great walking paths. And what a glorious city.

Having traveled for 30 years and stayed in countless five-star hotels across Europe, this is the first time I've encountered a five-star hotel without hot water, forcing you to take a cold shower on a snowy day. When I called the front desk, there wasn't a single apology – utterly absurd! Five-star price for one-star quality! The housekeeping staff were so unbearably poor that they only came to "clean" after I complained; otherwise, they were just perfunctory!
