I have to say that the lobby of this hotel is peculiar, although it’s beautiful it’s really a mall with a hotel dining room and a small check in area on the side, it feels less important than it should. Having said that the staff os excellent and tge service is what you expect from a peninsula hotel, very kind and accommodating. The rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. I would recommend.

Not your usual The Peninsula
Unlike other Peninsula Hotels, seemingly a mall-like “lobby”, though Hermes, Chanel and LV are the stores, it still feels like a Mall. Lobby Lounge lost its usual glamour as being a destination in major cities where The Peninsula is located. Unfriendly security check when you enter, regardless if you are a hotel guest or store goer. It was horrendous.
