Staff were very pleasant , AC was cold and water pressure was great. Only complaint I have is The carpets need to have a good shampoo. We traveled with our 3 year old grandchild, that loves to be barefoot. After walking in the room for just a few minutes, the bottom of our feet were Black from the dirty carpet. That is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Wish I could have.

We were beyond pleased with our stay! Since Wyndham has bought out Super 8, they have become the best budget hotel! Our room was large, clean, and the bed was so comfortable! My son loved the pool. We also loved the little sitting area by the fireplace. The free breakfast buffet was a great bonus!

We stay here a lot when in Pigeon Forge. It is affordable and has an extremely helpful staff with clean rooms. It is on the older side so don't expect a brand new hotel, just a good value. Also, great area for pets to go outside if you have dogs. There is an additional fee for dogs though
