In theory there is a reception in the hotel that works when ever they want. You can die ringing the bell they have and no one will appear. We received the the TV and the AC control. TV worked fine but the AC didn’t. Our room was located close ti the pool. They started playing music at Lou volume at 8:30 AM. Why? Good question… avoid the bad experience. Never stay in this hotel.

La Publicidad de expedia, hace sentir que es un hotel de buen nivel. Sin embargo en mi caso no fue asi. No hay un área de recepcion, la alberca fria y sucia. Tube que solicitar que colocaran papel de baño, y pedir que me dieran jabon de manos. Las camas no son de lo mejor. Eso es lo que a mí me sucedio.

La cama KS tenía las sábanas sucias, la botella de agua que dejaron estaba abierta y a la mitad, las sábanas y toallas en terrible estado, desgarradas, manchadas, el jabón de la peor calidad, el baño tenía una gotera y el piso estaba empapado. De verdad no entiendo como pueden cobrar $2400 la noche por un hotel de esa calidad.
