Need better Customer Service...What's the purpose of having a Message service for front desk, if they are not going to attend it...also, the side entry door to inside rooms, the closing pull arm was broken and we hear that door slaming ALL NIGHT !!!! They need to put more attention to maintenance.... Interior room lock was also broken.....

Cheap for a reason
We picked this hotel mainly for the indoor pool. Well it was closed due to the heater being broken and we have a feeling it has been broken for a while The first room they gave us, I noticed something had been splattered on the ceiling, the water was on in the tub and I could not get it to turn off. We also found an a dul t toy under the mattress. We asked for another room and this one has no fridge, no phone, no hair dryer, and the microwave didn't work. We turned the TV volume all the way up and it couldn't be heard if the heat was going. I told the front desk and she came and fixed it by using a Samsung remote to turn a different volume up and then we could adjust as needed. There is a reason this hotel has cheap rooms! The staff was nice, though

Horrible.. run away
Brike down slum. Doir lock broke or jammed. A fught to open the door. Shower curtain rob was broke. Made a huge mess. Reserved non smoking room the last guest clearly smoked in. My youngest is allergic to smoke and every room in town was sold out. Horrible experience. Alerted front desk about issues. I dont know if he understood anything i said. I could not understand anything he said due to a THICK accent. We checked out early even though we paid for 2 days. I asked for refund on last day doubt i get it because of the language barrier. Avoid this place at all cost.

Worst hotel in Lubbock, Texas.
The room stinks. Floors were sticky. They’re were roaches, the TV didn’t work and I reported it first day and never got it fixed. The water in the toilet was running the whole time. The refrigerator wasn’t working and food that I bought went bad. No wi-fi, no hair dryer. Carpet fealty.

Worst stay in Lubbock over our past year going.
At checkin the guy told us there was no tvs because they were getting upgraded.The pool was not available because it was being cleaned for the 4 days we were there. There was no breakfast during our stay either. The room smelled like weed. The room key kept deactivating everyday. We asked if we would get discount for all the inconveniences and guy said no due to us making reservations online.

Not A Good Place
Smelled like weed when you walked in. They did not come and clean the room on the first day. The A/C kept going out because the extension cord breaker kept tripping. There was no breakfast. The pool and hot tub was closed. My card to get in the room had to be re-activated each day. I stayed 4 days. The sheets had stains on them. The couch and chair in the room needed to be thrown out with all the stains on them.

Nasty place
1) could barely understand the staff person, 2) told me there were no tv's in the rooms and wouldn't provide a discount for listed amenities no longer available, 3) reeked of pot smoke inside the hotel, 4) reserved a non-smoking room, but when I walked in, it had obviously been smoked in- a lot! I canceled the reservation and left. Whoever owns this place now has run it down.

Terrible
No towels, no soap. Room smelled horrible. Toilet didn’t flush. Asked for towels only wanted to give us two. There were 4 of us in a two queen bedroom. Bathroom and tub had pet hairs everywhere. Will not stay in this place again

What happened to the Days??
I have been really disappointed in my stays this past year. The staff is rude no compassion. They longer have a full or even a breakfast made. The gentleman that works the morning cuts you off mid conversation.

First arriving, 4 cop cars outside of the hotel. Broken glass from a car window broken out front. We already paid for the room with no refunds available, so we had to stay. A stranger was befalled we were going to stay, he said there was no tv, fridge or microwave in his room so he wasnt staying. After getting the key to try it anyways (afterall it was just one night) it was Hot inside the hotel, front clerk said pool was open even though the sign said pool closed, pool looked clean but upon inspection the pool was way too cold and the water stunk. The hot tub was freezing and didnt work, we chose this place because of these 2 perks. Luckily our room had a working tv and even though we had a fridge, it didnt keep our drinks cold. We did not have a microwave. The room was decently okay for cleanlieness, however all of the cobs webs through out the place made us feel uncomfortable the entire night. For breakfast they had an egg, biscuit, pancake or cereal option only for breakfast, the orange juice and apple juice machine did not produce sufficient juice, it looked old and dirty so we dumped our drinks. Cereal had no milk to go with it. We had to grab breakfast somewhere else. The pancake machine hadnt been cleaned in a while. People were also smoking in their rooms on the bottom floor non smoking level, someone came out of their room and all we saw & smelt was smoke. I'd make sure this place isnt a last resort.
