Location was great with an extremely easy walk to the cathedral and easy/flat walks to the museums and opera house. If you are a moderately fit senior, the museums are easily doable at a moderate to brisk pace. Staff was friendly and very helpful at the front desk. The housekeeping staff greeted us with warm smiles. The breakfast staff excelled with their friendliness, efficiency and accommodation. Breakfast was superb, with healthy foods available that were delicious. The breakfast area had a wonderful view of the plaza and cathedral.

Perfectly located in the city center. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The complimentary minibar was a great bonus. The breakfast was excellent, and we’d especially like to thank Ms. Leyla for her kindness and outstanding service. We only stayed for a short time because the hotel was fully booked, but we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated and spacious. There is complementary champagne when you arrive, the mini bar is feee and is replenished each day, and they have an amazing breakfast that is included with your stay. We did not realize the hotel also has shuttle service from the airport as well. I would come back and stay here again
