A great location, within easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, Library, Museums, and Park. A comfy bed in a large room, with a well-lit bathroom. It was nice to be in a hotel with a large seating area in the foyer, which was being utilised a lot. In some hotels you don't see another soul and it can feel quite isolating. Staff were very help, and I will stay at the Grand Chancellor in the future.

Great location, comfortable and spacious rooms. Would recommend. Had issues with prepaid parking which took quite a bit of our time to convince staff that we already had paid. Had to present my bank statement to prove I had already been charged and email. On checkout, had to go through the whole process again with different staff to prove that that parking fee had already been deducted from my bank account an after previous staff had advised it was sorted.
