Excellent hotel, one of the best locations for the Ruka! Breakfast good but not too fancy, can be improved, the room is not cleaned, but mopped slightly. Maybe not perfect, but definitely worth the value

Hemos gustado bastante. El hotel es grande, el personal es simpático. El buffet de desayuno es increíble, con varias opciones. El hecho de que esté a pie de pista de ski es fantástico. Lo único que nos gustó menos fue el servicio diario de limpieza. Hemos utilizado unas tazas para tomar un té, y aunque pasaran a limpiar la habitación no las recogían. Fuera esto, todo impecable.

Hyvä kokemus, kauniit ja isot huoneet ja hyvä aamiainen. Perustasoa parempaa Scandicia. Varasin kahta eri kautta huoneet peräkkäisiksi öiksi, mutta sain ne yhdistettyä samalle huoneelle helposti soittamalla. Kaikki kävi jouhevasti. Parkkipaikkoista ainoaa miinusta. Niitä ei ole kovin paljoa ja hyvin todennäköisesti sesonkiaikaan et saa paikkaa hotellille varatuilta riveiltä. Kannattaa varautua ajamaan auto Rukaparkin halliin ja maksaa siitä 15 euroa vrk. Ei kallis, jos vaihtoehtona on parkkisakko.
