I had a package sent to me here and told them before hand, but they locked it in an office and I had to wait for the manager to arrive at 14:00. That was 6 hours of waiting! On a Sunday after 3 weeks of traveling.

The staff are not friendly they do not ask you if need anything do not acknowledge you they just hand you your key and carry on talking and laughing with their colleagues we would not recommend your hotel to anyone from England to stay at your hotel.You do not seem to cater for visitors from the UK.

My room in the past for sure has to be a heavy smokerÂŽs room. Odd sour smell still remained present. Elevator was broken for all my 4 night stay on third floor. Roof windows were not really sound proof. Friendly staff and good restauranr ballaced the negatives.
