Do not let them put you in room 213. Room 213 is above an open balcony area above the lobby and very near the pool table. We requested moving rooms twice and were denied. It was very loud right outside of our room until about midnight almost every night of our stay. Other than that the hotel was nice and desk people were polite.

Start with the good as they were the bright spot. All the front desk workers were friendly and tried to fix things. If you want a nice fresh hotel, this is not for you. It is old and looks it. Now our room. The bathroom had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Hair everywhere and just nasty. No body gel, shampoo or anything all empty. When asked for given attitude by housekeeper. Two of the towels fold were dirty and had not been laundered. Shower did not work more than a trickle. We had maintenance come check the shower but little he could do. He tried and was friendly. Housekeeping on the other hand were rude did not leave clean towels i had to go get them. Shampoo shower gel etc were left on counter. Looked like water was dumped on the floor for cleaning we dried it with towels we got from front desk. Would never recommend this hotel. We travel alot for both work and pleasure usually prefer Hilton brands but never again here and we stay in the area often. Stay somewhere else.

The staff was amazing and friendly, the facility was less appealing for the area it was in, and the floor we stayed in was filled with marijuana smoke the entire time.

The valet must’ve been out on smoke break because I parked the car myself, but still ended up with a $10 charge for parking. It’s this kind of nonsense that simply should be quoted in the price when you book the room, you shouldn’t receive an email after the fact notifying you of the charge.
