We're done with this place
Despite what their website says, as a hotel guest, you do NOT have "in-and-out privileges" with their garage. That's a bunch of nonsense just to get people to stay there. We were charged $15 each time we left. The customer service number directs you to a website which directs you back to the customer service number (just a loop). No wonder they are giving rooms away for $35/night. They are hard up for customers.

Roaches
We came for a big cheer competition. We arrived Friday night. The hotel was nice and we liked that there were so many restaurants to choose from. We woke up early Saturday morning to check out and we found roaches in our bathroom. The front desk was closed when we checked out so I couldn’t speak to anyone. I called When they opened and they advised me to call customer relations on Monday. I did This morning and the referred me to billing. Billing then said they had no authority to do anything and to file an online complaint. We paid a decent amount of money and shouldn’t have to worry about staying with bugs or bringing them home…

I will never stay at this hotel ever again!
We were evacuated on Saturday morning for no reason we had to go down from the 17th floor to the 5th floor with a newborn and 9 year old right before her cheer competition and she was distraught. My mother cut her finger open going down the stairs of the hotel during the evacuation. Security said we lied and we did not get evacuated. That night our lights in went completely out after 1 minute came back on. It was a terrible experience.

Hopefully an even better stay next time!
There are a lot of options for dining and entertainment! Unfortunately, we stayed in the west tower and it was very old and outdated. In addition, there was consistent yelling and loud noises in the hallway throughout the night. We are all there to have a great time, however I think there should be quiet hours in the hotel….this would be a considerate policy for families or guest traveling that choose not to be up at 1A.

October’24 stay
Our stay was very unpleasant and uncomfortable, especially as first timers at this hotel. We heard great things about this hotel and were excited about staying in the renovated tower, as this was stated within our booking. However, upon arrival we noticed we were placed in the West Tower. It bothered us that we called ahead of time and told them the time frame we were arriving, and it seems as if they still gave our room assignment away. The west tower definitely needs renovations but IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE for the room to have roaches. The hotel location and workers was a great addition!
We woke up with a roach in our bed.
