Good sized room with a balcony. Bathroom could definitely do with an upgrade, but everything was well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, with a short, safe walk across an overpass to get to the river and all the restaurants. It is also very close to a bus stop, and the MRT is just a short stroll away, which makes traveling around an absolute breeze.
