All the people and staff were very friendly. The problem we had was they were always running out of different alcohol to make you a drink or wine at dinner. They run out of certain foods on the menu and not all the restaurants were open at night so you were limited were to go and to get a reservation.

Loved the resort. Staff was excellent, although mask mandate when at front desk and dining buffet when picking food seems not necessary this late in Covid science based on the rest of the world. Also only 2 or 3 of the restaurants were open, but would definitely recommend. Rumor is that this resort has been sold to Hilton and will become an adult only resort. Too bad for the kids.

The facilities are very nice and they offer many free watersports including motorizes sports such as water skiing and banana boat rides. The watersports staff, however, was generally rude or indifferent aside from one or two helpful people. The location is beautiful and the property is kept well. The dinner food was mediocre at best, most meat was overcooked, however the lunch barbecue was excellent. The facility allowed many locals on to the property. While many could have been paying customers, some were certainly not, as we witnessed them sneaking onto the resort and security was generally indifferent to this. Overall it was a very nice stay at a beautiful resort with good facilities, OK food, and OK service.

Nice property on the beach, plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Staff was most accommodating and helped arrange day tours. I was surprised to discover that there was no free wifi in the rooms, only in the Reception area. It is standard in hotels these days to provide free wifi in rooms so the lack of it was annoying and disappointing.
