There was a huge line for check-in. It after that. Everything was great. The rooms are small with no refrigerator but very comfortable, super clean. The location is absolutely too—so close to everything. I would highly recommend for. Stay in Berlin. Also it’s super convenient to have the parking just below the hotel.

I was only in the hotel for 1 evening. Arriving at 7pm and departing at 8am. The hotel is my preferred option in Berlin due to its proximity to the Alexanderplatz station and direct link to the airport. The room allocated as a good size for a single occupant. The bed was really comfortable and the clean warm and clean. There was coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with lots of hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The WiFi signal was very good. I will stay at the hotel again when visiting Berlin.

Very nice, huge hotel. Room enough in the two restaurants for Intercontinental breakfast. Located on the Alexander Platz, this gives you direct access to the city, metro, train en direct transport line to the airport. The room was clean, personnel very helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, very accessible for public transport, shops, restaurants and many more. Staff are very nice from day one to our check out. Food in the hotel not that good in a Radisson hotel. And another thing negative minor comment from us was emptied hand towels and emptied shower gel which unlikely strange to a Radisson because I am a Radisson booker myself. It was not really a concern to us because we brought our own shower gel but ofcourse my concern for those costumers who didn't brought shower gel themselves. But still I would highly recommend this hotel for some other reasons.

They welcomed us by charging 4 euros for keeping our bags until check in. We have travelled all over the world and never experienced anything like this. 6 euros if you want to go to the roof - top to look at the view To have your room cleaned you needed to press a button in your room. We pressed the button but the room was never cleaned. Other guests have had similar experiences. Beds were really stiff. Also shower, and more importantly the toilet were in the actual room, only sealed off by what could be described as shower walls. The good. The hotel is really nice and staff was service minded. Location i great and the view is stunning if you're staying at the upper floors.

The room was nice and clean for what it was. The gym was decent but the smith machine rack needs a lot of lubricant love. It’s also too small for the size of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Overall not bad. Clean, safe, and fairly comfortable temperature for late May.

Great location. As many other stated, doesn't feel like a true 4 star hotel. Room is ok for one, bathroom concept lacks privacy. It's an older building so you do hear your neighbors from time to time. Staff is helpful. Having your luggage stored costs 2 euro per piece.

Single room on 26th floor. Nice hotel. Location is supreme. Someone had taken the remote control from the room and the big towel had a hole in it. I got a new remote from the lobby, but first impressions matter. Weird that you had to pay to get access to the rooftop terrazze, i think it should be included if you are a guest. No airconditioning so the rooms might get very hot during sunny days. Also noice cancelling was not the best, you could hear everything happening in the corridor and also the floor above.

Blocked toilet (when we got there). Sheets on one of the beds were dirty, and air on didn’t seem to work. Staff very friendly and helpful though and hotel in good location.
