The location is pretty far from tourist attractions but easily accessible via didi rides. Staffs are helpful and polite. Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle.

Their staff accidentally broke a face cleaning tool in our room. Their manager tried so hard to reach out to me because I don't have local phone number and kept asking for how they make it up. Later they bought another one for us and also brought a bag of mooncakes as a gift to us. So friendly and considerate to customers. Will stay again in future for sure. 5 out of 5.

My daughter stayed here for several nights before moving into her college dorm for study abroad. Are said the hotel was great. She had a spotless king size suite on the 16th floor and she loved the breakfast each morning. On her first day to celebrate the new year there was a lion dance performance at the hotel. Great stay!
