I stayed 6 days here, over two occasions. Excellent hotel and staff. Located bang in the centre , great breakfasts and very safe neighbourhood. If you're from the West, download and install the Allipay app for foreigners which allows you to order Didi cabs via the app like uber, and to pay for things. NEAREST metro is 5 mins walk away called JINYU HUTONG. Have a great trip

Everything just as promised, plus some extra amenities I wasn’t expecting. I got a massage at the spa, which was pleasant. The beds were super comfortable. And we even got to see a wedding (as our hallway overlooked the reception area). The biggest advantage is the easy access to the Wangfujing Pedestrian Shopping Area. We shopped & ate well there, and had a great time watching the dance troupes dancing and the amazing shuttlecock players.

We (4 persons) had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel, and the service we received at the reception was outstanding. We would especially like to mention Jack, who helped us on several occasions during our stay and provided services with kindness and warm smiles. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly is amazing. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location and clean hotel. If you are travelling with allergies or dietary restrictions please be aware that while the breakfast buffet has a great selection, the staff does mark the food with allergy information. One family member had a severe allergic reaction in the breakfast area during our stay, and had to travel to the hospital for treatment. We informed several members of staff in both the breakfast area and the reception about the incident and requested that they marked the food with allergy information, but sadly did not see allergy marking before travelling back home. A bit disappointing that the hotel did not follow up on the request or the family member after a serious allergic reaction on their location. The cleaning staff was wonderful and always doing a perfect job.

Good location, near Metro Jinyuhutong, take the exit via the lift to ground level and turn right. Near Wangfujing street, which have many shopping and food options. Near Forbidden City, Donghuamen, walk about 700m. Staff is helpful: As we have our Taobao parcels delivered to the hotel, and the concierge staff is helpful and polite. Saw them helping other customer to book food delivery and even local tours.
