We were there for an event in Indy. The hotel elevator was a little sketchy- it wouldn’t let us off, then kept taking us to 2 then back to 1. We used the stairs instead! The staff was friendly however the building is outdated. The room smelled like fungus & old cigarettes. Weirdly there was a box fan & electric heater in the room.

First time we stayed, no issue. This trip….do not trust the elevators! Pressed 2 and 4 and elevator stopped but door did not open at either. Went back to first floor and had to press alarm for door to open. Advised front desk and was told “ya, that happens sometimes “. Safety first-fix the elevator. Everything else was ok but won’t be back
