Overall great stay, hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was decent. The amount of homeless people wandering just outside the hotel in the parking lot was a little sketchy, especially for a risk of a car break in. Exterios was litered with debris unfortunately. Great hotel, but built in a not so great location. Will probably not stay here again.

The bartender made a point to tell us how limited the bar was by saying anything thats on the menu is not available. The whole top shelf was displayed empty tequila bottles. I have stayed at many Hyatt's for their amenities and this one was bottom on my list. Ended up having to go out for food and beverages.

The only downside would be, I called to schedule for housekeeping the next day and didn’t get it. From there on out, I’ve always loved staying at these hotels, always clean, breakfast never disappoints and the comfort is a thing to right poems about.

When we arrived the parking lot was riddled with so many drug using homeless people. It was scary. The hotel said they had security so we should be fine. Carpet was torn in the room. Bathroom had hair on yhe floor. Sofa bed lumpy . Very little amenities.

The hotel is in the middle of the Tucson ghetto! I was afraid to go out to my car at night. Pool was a rundown pond! Ridiculous!

Hotel staff was very nice and breakfast service was exceptional. Room was clean but is in need of a significant update (still has popcorn ceilings!). Parking area is filled with homeless people and a bit sketchy if you’re coming in after dark.

Amazing!!!

Honestly we loved staying here! The only complaint I would have is the slats on the side of the building that were missing and then the elevators were a little sketchy. Meaning it wasn’t silent going up or down the elevators and at one point on multiple occasions my family and other families/couples made the comment of how it didn’t sound like it was going to make it all the way up. Other than that though the service was amazing! The hospitality of all staff from the maids, front desk, and cooks etc were SUPERB! Everyone was so nice and genuinely cared about you and helping you find plans for the day! The rooms were great! Beds were comfy! Everything is amazing! We would definitely stay again!
