We spent 3 days at the hotel and couldn't fault a thing. Arrived early morning not expecting to check in but they were happy to accommodate us and even upgraded us. It was my partners birthday and they sent cakes, gift & complimentary drinks to the family room. This was very unexpected but a very welcome and kind gesture. Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold options. The gym and sauna were clean and well maintained. Location was quiet but a short stroll to museum idland and Alexanderplatz

Second stay at Berlin art’otel Mitte. Rooms quiet and large, air con for summer weather and nice bathrooms. Breakfast decent with some a la carte options too. Location is the main selling point for this hotel, however - minutes walk to museum island and a ubahn outside for everything else.
