Customer service at Robert Treat is exceptional!!
I was stuck in town 23hours due to a late arriving flight which caused me to miss my connection. My husband had stayed at this same hotel about three months earlier due do the same late arriving flight, missed connection issue. I'm glad he found this place. The bed is very comfortable, the room is fairly clean (the carpet could use a cleaning), room service breakfast is SUPER reasonably priced, delicious, and was quick to arrive. Most of all the customer service here is exceptional. Truly exceptional.
