Room was clean and well appointed. Friendly check-in. Location on the edge of downtown core with more reasonable rates is a plus. Construction on the rear of the property so noise may be an issue. Some noise transfer from the door between adjoining room and from highway. I wear ear plugs so was not an issue. Breakfast was provided gratis at the adjacent Ricky's but just pancakes or French toast and bacon are offered free with all other breakfast items at cost.

The staff was nice. Layout of the room is fine. There were drinks left in fridge from someone and mirror had lots of dust. There is construction right next to the building and they start early.

Front desk staff were very good. Smoking should be moved further away from the building. WAY to close. Last thing I want to do in the morning is walk through a cloud of 2nd hand smoke. Rooms are nice. Seemed clean.
