    Great stay!

Early check in, great service, fantastic views! The only downside was we felt that the bar and restaurant area were a bit short staffed, we waiting 15mins before someone took our order.

Location was great, room outdated and small

The location on the lake was beautiful but the rooms were small and extremely outdated. Our Lakeview room had only the small glimpse of the lake. Our hot water stopped working while we were there which meant a cold sponge bath to get ready for dinner at their restaurant. The food was okay without being great, the service was slow and a plate extremely dirty. Both the room and restaurant were overpriced for what you get

Beautiful area but extensively let down by propert

While the location is magnificent our experience was spoilt by the presentation of the entire property. Buildings were in poor state of repair showing years of neglect. Obviously understaffed in all areas and it shows. Although the tariff indicates a 5 star level, this is vastly overpriced as the overall presentation is 2star.

    In need of renovatoon

Rooms were in need of repair and a bit more cleaning. I was not Impressed with hotels.com charging me for a king room price for a queen bed room. Beautiful place great friendly staff but this place needs a full reno for fetching these kind of prices

    Pleasant Stay... Food is lacking.

Love the area it is world class and so peaceful, breathtaking. Seems like CRMR is struggling to keep things optimal for guests. Restaurants were closed do to covid but room service was easy access. Staff was very pleasant but the food was terrible. Maybe they need more time to figure out that room service quality, don't go there if you want good food lol.
