This hotel offers quality at an affordable price. The rooms are clean, quiet and refreshingly livable. You get more than what. You pay for here. The location I stayed at is Columbus' best kept secret. Great staff and the janitors are always on duty. 😉👌

The hotel is a great help because it is centrally located near the shopping areas I like and there are at least 3 buses that can get me across the city. The hotel room itself was clean and quiet and this allowed me to relax, recharge and unwind. My overall experience was positive and this will keep me coming back. Great job. 😉👍

Check was quick and easy. The room was disgusting. There was a screw on the headboard right where your head would be, I killed 3 cockroaches and a spider in the room. On the floor there was old food, garbage, and dead bugs behind the nightstand. The blankets had numerous burn holes on them. The sheets appeared clean. Slept with only a sheet on. The door had been damaged a few times and lock geld on by a small screw. Used the chair and my luggage to barricade the door closed. The towels had stains on them from makeup or blood? This was a pretty rough place.

Do not stay here!!!

I did not stay. I checked in, walked into the room and walked right back out to tell the front desk I was leaving. The room was digisting. Not clean. Smelled like cat pee and marijuana. I demanded a refund which I was told I would receive in 5 business days. Do not be tricked by the pictures of this property!! Totally false advertisement. The whole place is disgustingly dirty from the lobby to the rooms.

I had a great experience with the hotel staff; they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. However, I did notice that some of the other guests seemed a bit concerning. It made the overall atmosphere feel less comfortable than expected. I hope the management can address this aspect to ensure all guests feel safe and at ease during their stay.

The property seems to be getting upgrades to different areas. The check in area looked recently renovated and the bathroom in the room was recently done. Everything else is very old though. You can hear the other tenants very easily and you have to wait for someone to come to the front desk. I also booked a king bed but the room had a queen bed attached to a king frame.

It did have an elevator, but it was a lpng walk from our room. They gave us the wrong room, then a smaller one when they tried to fix the mistake. Key cards didn't work right, nor did the door handle. No trash can in the room. It was quiet where we were, thank God. The property needs updated and a new paint job.

So first of all those Hotel agents put us in the back of the hotel on the second floor where it looks like the migrants and the residents live but it was overlooking a pool but a non-functioning empty pool one of the so-called great amenities that this hotel had to offer as we open the door to the room and turn the lights on WE surprised the roaches who in turn surprised us having no other recourse we were forced to leave but we did Shake our shoes before we did the place was horrible, the crackheads and migrants walking around all over the place looking at you and giving you the stink eye a terrible experience don't go there I don't care how much they charge.

This Windham is not representative of the franchise. It is run down. False advertisement: no breakfast, no hair dryer, coffee maker, paper cups, ironing board, iron in the room. No hook for hanging wet towels on the door. Shower curtains were not properly assembled. Health and safety hazards: broken and chipped bedframe , unhinged coat hanger unit in front of bathroom, lamp improperly assembled caused electrocution. Positive side: Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable.

Just ignore the blood trail.

Efficient check-in. The room had zero towel bars/hooks/rings in either bathroom or sink area. There was no tissue in the room and no hair dryer - though that may be acceptable for a lower price hotel. There were no cups/glasses, either disposable or glass, and no ice bucket. Bed was pretty comfortable and linens definitely clean. VERY bad highway noise - I had requested "a quiet room, away from the elevator." I definitely was far away from the elevator. After checking in, I left to get something to eat, and realized then that the outside doors (the elevator [the inspection certificate had expired the day before, BTW] is outside on the upper floors), were zip tied open so they couldn't be locked, despite having a key reader right beside the door - not a safety-conscious practice. When the elevator opened up on the first floor, I saw a long trail of large blood droplets stretching from outside to the lobby - clerk said "it just happened," but nothing else. Fortunately, it was cleaned up by the time I got back....which I really wondered if it was safe to do at that point. Slept despite waking several times from the noise. After showering, I spotted a giant wad of toilet paper or tissue on the floor behind the toilet...with some wetness around it. Forgive me for not inspecting any closer, but I really didn't want to know.... I hope to go back to Columbus some time, but will definitely choose to stay elsewhere.
