Worst hotel ever

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From 2 days prior to check in saying they were going to charge my card due to Mardi Gras season to calling to see if we were still coming when we were about 10 min from. Check in . Room is terrible, beds very uncomfortable, rooms being smoked in and someone trying to get in our room around midnitesaying it was their room. Then around 4:30am, room next door start fighting and arguing until 6:00. Needless to say, no sleep … will never stay here again and I suggest you don’t either. Just was waiting for bullets to start flying

The staff was friendly and helpful but the non-smoking rooms still had a slight odor of smoke. I ended up sleeping fine but disappointed in the limited selection of rooms for non-smoking. Felt it was over-priced for the quality and area.
