The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Waffles or cereal for breakfast was ok and the coffee good. The condition of the facility was poor. The curtains were falling off and torn. The caulk around the tub had mold. The beds were very hard. There were huge gaps around the door.

The rooms need to be updated. There were holes in the carpet and walls. The beds were clean and the staff was friendly. For the amount I paid, it wasn’t a very good motel. It was located in central Provo but very old and needs renovations badly.

The place was absolutely dirty and gross. We arrived late and had no choice but to stay in that hotel, but never again. Stay somewhere else and do not consider this hotel.
