Very disappointed
The room needs repairs to carpet cabinets walls and plumbing.The toilet had 2 by 4's holding it in place. This hotel is not being maintenances well. I feel I may never stay there again. The Chief over cooked my eggs. The second floor outside the room was not clean. Carpets not vacuumed and trash. Checking in was great.

My family and I stayed here for a celebration of life for my son who passed away a few years ago. We had an amazing stay from check-in to check-out everyone was so helpful and accommodative. We felt very comfortable and right at home. Will be coming back here again!

The air conditioner did not work in our room. The first night we went down and told the front desk staff and asked if they had a fan. They did not but they did not offer us a different room or to have maintenance come look at the air conditioning unit, so we were unable to get sleep. The next night we talked to the front desk again and the lady on staff did offer to have maintenance come check it out, which was great. However, maintenance wouldn’t be able to come for awhile and we had to get the kids to bed so unfortunately we had to spend another night with no working AC and it was extremely hot and stuff. It’s disappointing to pay so much for a good nights rest and not be able to get that.

We didn’t know that they were hosting a high school reunion, and also a church convention when we made our reservations, and also the room next to us had a barking dog in it. The bed was very hard, and uncomfortable to the point where my body is sore. This used to be one of our favorite places to stay.
