The staff was very rude when checking in. Then was lied to about getting two free breakfast. They are not serving breakfast at all.

      Way overpriced

The room was not what was pictured when I booked the room the price for the room was way overpriced for the condition I was told there was gonna be a hairdryer in the room and even though that’s not a huge issue I paid a buttload of money to stay there at least some things should have been offered. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone the price was ridiculous

      Don’t get what’s listed

First of all we paid way to much for this room but it was a event weekend so I didn’t mind. I specifically choose the “parkway view” room so that my father in law who has lung cancer could sit outside his room to watch the cars and not be in the middle of the other people viewing the show from the street. When we arrived we were given a room at the back of the motel that was not facing parkway. I went back in and expressed my concerns and showed where my booking specified that view. The man seemed confused that we were placed in the our current room and then who I assume was the manager was quick to run over and say that parkway view rooms are all of the room they offer and would not give me a explanation of why they were listed different on the website. She was rude about the situation and my father in law was tired from the 7 hour drive, we had no where else to stay if I continued to argue anyway so I just let it go. However there was a difference in price when choosing the view. We also were given a room that looked nothing my the photos. It was very small, dirty, and just unkept. I was very disappointed in the fact we paid 630 dollars for 3 nights. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

      This place sucks

These are the notes I made so as not to forget anything. Toilet takes to long to refill - repaired TV cable broken - repaired Coffee pot dirty - had to wash myself Ice bucket dirty Sheets to small for bed, had to remake in middle of night No bathroom in lobby for guests They offered a different room but that was to small. Did not give us a discount for our troubles, will never stay at this place again. No breakfast, even though it is still advertised.

      Decent hotel

Nice hotel overall for the price. Rooms are extremely small. We were given an "upgraded room" which had recently been remodeled. Room could have been cleaner as I found crumbs underneath the table and a book behind the enterainment center. Customer service was great. Free breakfast consists of 2 vouchers per family per day for endless pancakes. So, if you have a family of 4, it won't cover everyone. The tavern staff were very accomodating to us given that we had a small child that doesn't eat much and were provided an extra plate to share with her. Would stay again.

      Quaint Room

As noted on previous comments, the rooms are not very large and the beds are very tall. One thing I did not read is that there are NO ELEVATORS, so beware! Fortunately we are able to walk up a ramp, but we weren't prepared for that. The shower didn't drain very fast, but overall the room was clean (no daily cleaning during covid though). I called the 1st night on my cell to the office because there was no phone in the room. We never got one but they assured me they would not charge my credit card, so getting in touch with the front desk was a little harder than normal. It's decorated cute though. Overall, a good visit and easy to find since it's at the end of Parkway.

      Better luck next time

The restaurant remained closed until our last night there. We waited in line just to be turned away. I cleaned the room daily, bought my own trash bags and toilet paper. This was the first time I could take my two kids on a vacation as a single mom then that place was a joke! The staff was very nice.

      Internet Connectivity

Internet Wi-Fi service lacking. Unable to login to the internet even with front desk help. Did get on one time for approximately 10-15 mins, other than that, it was very frustrating. plus I was only two doors down from the front desk, so signal wise I should have been in an excellent location.
