As noted on previous comments, the rooms are not very large and the beds are very tall. One thing I did not read is that there are NO ELEVATORS, so beware! Fortunately we are able to walk up a ramp, but we weren't prepared for that. The shower didn't drain very fast, but overall the room was clean (no daily cleaning during covid though). I called the 1st night on my cell to the office because there was no phone in the room. We never got one but they assured me they would not charge my credit card, so getting in touch with the front desk was a little harder than normal. It's decorated cute though. Overall, a good visit and easy to find since it's at the end of Parkway.

The restaurant remained closed until our last night there. We waited in line just to be turned away. I cleaned the room daily, bought my own trash bags and toilet paper. This was the first time I could take my two kids on a vacation as a single mom then that place was a joke! The staff was very nice.

Internet Wi-Fi service lacking. Unable to login to the internet even with front desk help. Did get on one time for approximately 10-15 mins, other than that, it was very frustrating. plus I was only two doors down from the front desk, so signal wise I should have been in an excellent location.

Because of late arrival, security checked us in and moved us to a second floor room, even though, our original room (1st floor room) was still available (according to front desk in the morning). There was no window in our "new" room and being in the corner, was very loud :( Also the bed was EXTREMELY high...32 inches off the floor. Front desk staff was very nice. We've stayed in the past and were very satisfied with that visit.

It is a pet friendly hotel and you could tell it, the room reeked of pet odor. Now mind you I have a heightened sense of smell. We were awakened by at roosters at 5:13am. (We were warned when we checked in... they weren’t kidding).
