The suite was clean and though the front area was loud from the pool the bedroom area was completely quiet. We had shuttle service to and from the water park. The lower rating is just from lack of parking and the construction going on made less available. Cleaning staff and front desk staff were amazing!

We had a good stay overall my kids enjoyed the pools and water park. We only had a incident at the water park my son cut his foot at the lazy river while walking out from the steps there was a crack on step and cut his foot, an incident report was filed and they had to provide first aid. This was the only negative thing that happened on our stay.
