Hôtesse malhonnête
Hôtesse malhonnête, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, elle avait loué notre chambre pour 4 nuits à quelqu'un d'autres et a refusé de nous logés sous divers prétexte. Nous avons du trouver une chambre ailleurs et payer une deuxième fois pour la même nuit. La même chose est arrivé à des américains en janvier 2022, je ne comprends pas que cette chambre soit encore sur Hotels.com

They refused my reservation. Said they had not received either notice or payment from Expedia. I would have to pay cash up front. I ended up staying at a hotel. I expect refund or credit from Expedia for that week! And an explanation.
