I booked a room for three people, it had a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, the room had enough space for us. Nice and comfortable hotel, great location close to the city center and near the train station. The staff were excellent and helpful. Room was clean and in good condition, good Wi fi and breakfast buffet was varied and tasty.

The staff were very pleasant and patient when I raised an issue about a safe that did not work. I got a much better room with a safe that did work and I was very happy throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff were very good, as were the front desk. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Vienna. Ideally situated for access to transport, restaurants and local sites of interest.

The hotel is very close to the subway station and trams for convenience. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, ready to answer any question or provide any tips. Upon check-in I was offered a city map with local tourist points of interest (very helpful!). The overall building and rooms were very clean and bright. The best part of this property was how kind the staff was. Everyone went out of their way to greet you and to assist you. One major thing that made the experience uncomfortable was how thin the walls are. Do not book this place if you want to actually sleep. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The building must be old and it can be pretty noisy at times. Some guests were up all night so we were as well. That is my only complaint.
