"Checked in late at night and they didn’t believe I paid through Expedia. Asked for multiple forms of proof that I had paid. I ended up showing having to show them my credit card app proving the charge. When I got to the room, there were no towels, so then I needed to call and request them. Then when I went to the bathroom turn on the faucet, the water was dirty ran brown, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to call back to the front office, let them know and request another room, by this time it’s 1 AM in the morning. When I finally got into the new room only one outlet in the entire unit worked so there is no way for both me and my wife to charge our phones."

Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."
