Very clean & comfortable. Easy to find. Was a short walk from everywhere i wanted to go & near Unita tram stop for airport. Breakfast was good. Kettle / safe / slippers in room. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I arrived early & my room was ready & available. There is a fantastic view from the rooftop terrace. Just a 10 mun walk from the train station & with a pool too. It was 42 degrees in Florence when we were there..so the pool was very welcome! Some of the rooms could do with a revamp & the aircon was clearly struggling but the location, pool, breakfast & staff are what really make this hotel lovely.
