Our experience at the Lenox was awesome. Great location, ALL of the staff was beyond excellent. Even watching them with other clients, they were always friendly and helpful. The Lenox is a stalwart of hotels in Boston. Large rooms with high ceilings create the elegance of a bygone era. The staff, though, are young, educated and willing to make your stay memorable. The restaurants cover every sort of dining to cater to your individual tastes. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Lenox dozens of times and would never consider staying elsewhere.
