Fabulous Joe, the concierge. Our only complaint was the cold bathroom floor and 24/7 sound of the outside whistling wind.

Great Dog Friendly Hotel
Hotel staff were all very kind and accommodating. Super dog friendly hotel would definitly recommend. The Fairmont Gold program was totally worth it. The breakfasts were good, but the afternoon hors d'oeurves were pretty amazing.

Absolutely rhe best service and amenities , however the fire alarm went off 3 different times while everyone was sleeping . Pretty much lost a night of sleep because of thos situation , but what do you do ?

Beautiful Hotel
This is an old hotel with a stunning interior. Check in was easy. Our room was available upon our arrival and we were given a large king room. The bar area was hopping. Seems like it is the 'go to' place for the locals. Only complaint is that they do not have free Wifi. Silly; can't remember the last time I went to a hotel and was to be charged to get on the Wifi.

Wonderful stay
Concierge, Jeff is very helpful. Ibrahim at the front desk was very helpful in switching our rooms as it was very cold in our bathroom (park side) and first floor room; he found us another room within an hour. Staff is very accommodating at this hotel.

An Amazing Hotel - Highly Recommend
This hotel is AMAZING. It is as nice as a Ritz Carlton at a fraction of the price. The staff were amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Five Star all the way. I highly recommend. It is walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

The valley parking rule left a lot to be desired. Having zero flexibility and being charged $30 if you leave the hotel after 1 PM feels very cheap and miserly.

Classic elegance and comfort
