The property is located in an ideal location in the old town. They let us drop our bags before check-in, and when it was ready, the process to get into our room could not have been smoother. We didn’t even realize our room included a small kitchen. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and having breakfast brought to our room, made to order, was such a treat. Our room had a small balcony where we would sit and have breakfast. When I first saw the hotel, I had read a comment that if it had an available room book it quickly, as they do book fast. I was so glad I did. I noticed Evan a week later there were no available rooms, so if you see this and like it, do not wait book it now. There is no doubt that should I ever make a return trip to Dubrovnik, this is where I will stay.

The room was not good for the price. The bed was hard as a rock, tiny TV and the water from the shower soaked the entire bathroom. The towels were very thin. Overall, i would have preferred to stay elsewhere although the location, within the city walls, was good.

Clean, central, and walkable to everything in Old Town Dubrovnik. The bed was comfortable, the AC was super strong, and the kitchen, bathroom, and closet space all did exactly what you need them to do. Check-in instructions were clear and the host communicated well. Perfect base for a short stay just note you may have to climb many stairs to your room. Pricey but actually one of the more affordable hotels in old town.

Truly a great value, especially for the location. The hotel was easy to find and to get to without too many stairs. The room was clean and comfortable and the daily breakfast was good quality and plenty of food. The stairs were a bit tricky with suitcases, but the man at the front desk helped us and the online description of the property prepared us for the lack of lift. There was some loud music nearby for a couple nights during our stay, but the windows did a good job of keeping the noise from being a problem for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in the Old Town.
