Nice hotel in a great location

We had a great stay here. The room was up-to-date and has really comfortable bedding and any minor requests we had the took care of. The restaurant was closed, but there plenty of good options close by. The pool area was clean and plenty of places to sit out in the sun. My husband loved the fact there was a community golf course across the street and he played it often.

    Needs updates old hotel

A very old hotel. The room we originally were originally assigned was dingy, outdated & unacceptable for the price we were charged. We were moved to the main area of the hotel that was somewhat updated. Not the best for your money.

    Don’t stay here! Super Dirty!

Hotel room was sooooo dirty. Dusty, dead bugs and hair balls. The bath had hair in it and was grimy/stained. The carpet was dirty and stained. My toddler found a used contact on the floor. The HVAC was dusty and dirty. The AC struggled to cool the room. We had cleaning stuff with us because of small children and Covid and ended up cleaning the room ourselves and spending the whole night freaking out every time our toddlers touched the floor. I took out the extra blanket from the closet and it smelled used. Terrible! The Lysol sticker on the door was a joke. We stayed at another Hilton in Flagstaff 2 weeks before this one and had the complete opposite experience. We will not choose Hilton again, too risky during a pandemic with small children.

    Good-one small issue

It was a nice quiet stay. Only issue was that the restaurant was closed for renovations, and it did not say that in the description when I booked. This was one reason I chose this location. So that was a bit disappointing.

Nice hotel with a few drawbacks

Hotel and room were nice. Appointed well--nice couch & desk area, huge flatscreen, and nice glass door walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable, and with 4 king size pillows. Large window with view of Tuscon mountain range. Negatives were the air conditioning never cooled the room below 70, and this is in early February. Because of Covid, restaurant shut down, and did not offer room service. Bar closed at 9pm, and the priciest drinks we have ever been charged.
