Clean, sweet, great location and price for the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were really nice- hardwood floors, coffee makers, mini fridge. Easy parking on site. I liked this hotel much better than some of the other more expensive hotels in the same area. It has a little bit of a musty smell but not bad- it’s to be expected of a beach hotel!!! Highly recommend!!!

Don't forget that it's a motel that caters to fishermen. Can get a little noisy and chaotic at times. Great seafood restaurant right behind you. Scott St. can get a little noisy at times too. Pool is nice but they should hose the cement down daily to get the bird poo off of there. We like it for the location. Rooms are good. We'll be back.

It's a 2 star motel/hotel. The location is good. It's near Shelter Island. The room is small, old but decent. Bed was comfy. There's a lot to do in that area. So for the price and a short 2 day visit, it's worth it. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
