    When we went to check in they advised us that we he pool was not available. We decided to go get lunch and get ale kids to beach. As we return to hotel we went into our rooms not being notified that we didn’t have any type of running water. We were beyond frustrated as we had children that had just returned from a day at the beach and were covered in sand. They told us our water would return in 3 hours! It did. But the frustration was beyond measure.

    Very noisy with bed bugs
    There was a lot of noises when I was trying to sleep. My room was near the stairs which people stomp on with their luggage throughout the day which drives you crazy. I also got a lot of bed bugs bite. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable.My only disappointment was the $12.00 parking fee which was listed as an option. Upon arrival I was informed that that was the only way to be able to park on the property increasing the cost by $12.00 per day. I consider this very deceptive and it did not set well with me as I had no options other than to park on the street which was not surprisingly, hardly available.

    Very clean nice modern layout suites . Only downfall was due to the covid 9 BS towels and linen services were limited when ch caused wait times to run 24hrs the recurve any requested items. Oh yeathe lady who works the night shift is very unpleasant && doesn't s em to want to be there def think she should be sent home permanently.

    Check your batteries on your smoke alarms.
    Everything was going ok then at 4am the smoke alarm would beep every minute .I looked around and saw the alarm and noticed the sound was coming from there.This went on till 10am.My friend upstairs said it was a weak battery.Any I told the Lady at check out about the problem on room 263.The rooms were clean and all I wanted was peace and silence.

    Room clean. Did not receive room service room was skipped even when asked to recieve more towels and room to be cleaned. Property charged parking and also hotel appeared to have sketchy activity going on. Pool closes at 7pm.

    Don't expect towels
    HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We have been here 3 nights and have NO TOWELS how does a hotel not have towels?? I called 4 times and was promised towels twice and twice told "I'm sorry we are out of towels" I was checked into a room with NO TOWELS. Called immediately for some, it was midnight, so we were stuck not showering. Next day promised towels. Nope! We used our beach towels to shower. Called in the AM and asked AGAIN for towels, shampoo and soap. Please bring them because we are using our beach towels at the beach today!! Told yes, I will make sure you have towels and soaps. Got back and guess what?? NO TOWELS! NO SOAPS. I call again. "Sorry out of towels." I had 3 children and myself who need to shower. This is insane!!! I absolutely couldn't believe it. People smoke ALL over this property and standing outside of their rooms. It constantly smells like smoke and weed. Everytime I walk into my room is smells like musty wet and smoke. The floors are dirty. Feet and socks are black from the carpet. It's dusty and just dirty in the room. Cigarettes are tossed all over the walkways and garbage everywhere. Everytime we walk out of our room we are walking through people smoking. The breakfast is a joke and sad. "Take and go" you could atleast do muffins or single packs of cereal and milks. It's a granola bar, fruit cup apple juice and a water. That's a snack not breakfast! I choose properties that have breakfast so that is 1 less worry.     Do not recommend based on my experience
    After calling the main office of this hotel chain, I arrived at 2pm with my service dog. After speaking with the hotel representative, expected to be able to check in immediately. When I arrived the girl behind the desk was not welcoming and was not friendly. She informed me that there were no rooms available on the floor that excepted service dogs and then I would have to wait until check-in time, which was 3 PM. The receptionist, told me I could sit and wait in the lobby. So, I sat for 45 minutes in front of the reception desk for 45 minutes, which was freezing cold from the air conditioning. People were checking in and then after experiencing people coughing around me as they checked in. I decided to leave the hotel and didn’t return, even though I paid for the night. The whole experience was bad enough from the unfriendliness of the receptionist to the long wait, while others were immediately being given their rooms. I would not recommend this hotel due the negative experience I had.

    wouldn't stay here
    Very ghetto, looks way nicer in the pictures than it actually is, couldn’t sleep all night the fire detector beeped all night and the beds were very uncomfortable. Took me an hour to check in keep in mind only three people were ahead of me, maid came in talking to the guests very rude and then said how they haven’t finished cleaning the rooms and that they’re wasn’t any ready, wouldn’t recommend staying here, rooms are really small.
