All members of staff at the W were friendly and welcoming. We booked a terrace room which had stunning views over the beach to the Dubai Skyline. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, great shower, and housekeeping ensured that we were stocked up on complimentary water/coffees throughout our stay. “I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The biggest highlight is the staff — they are truly exceptional. Everyone is extremely friendly, warm, and professional. The service level is outstanding. Mr. Serhan and Ms. Emi at the reception were amazing; they upgraded us to a beautiful room and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Mr. Mavi provided fantastic restaurant recommendations every day, and Ms. Fatima in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and sweet. The only downside is that there are limited evening activities. However, for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, this hotel is an excellent choice.”
