Very clean room staffs are friendly, slight let down is the noise on the streets you could clearly hear passing motorbikes and ambulances especially if you’re a light sleeper like me I didn’t realise all rooms are facing the main road but other than that it’s a perfect stay but won’t stop me from coming back again

This hotel was AMAZING! Frederick at the front desk was amazing, he was very nice and welcoming. He made the stay 10/10. The property was great as well. Very comfortable and relaxing, and great location. I especially loved the whiskey and gin selection at the bar. I highly recommend this place, and I will be staying again!!

The hotel was located about a 15 min walk to Dotonbori. There was a 7-11, Lawson, and Family Mart less than 3 min walk. There's also a handful of restaurants around the hotel as well. The room was clean and has 6 beds to accommodate my party of 6. The floors didn't seem too thick by that i mean i could hear the people above me walking and I'm the people below us could hear us. Other than that, it was exactly what we needed for our time in Osaka.

Clean, comfortable rooms and facility. Fred greeted us warmly on arrival and assisted us in recommending and calling in a reservation at a local restaurant. Extremely helpful as we are a family of 5 and seemed harder to find restaurants. The location is in quiet neighborhood with convenient access snack stores and pharmacy. Longer walk to the convenient train line (direct to Shin Ōsaka), shorter walk to a local line.

The apartment had all essentials and rather spacious for a Japanese hotel room. I was shocked when I needed to check under the bed - full of dust, many stuff left by the previous guests including socks and used slippers (6-7 pairs!!). It was clear they only clean where you can see easily.. The staff was friendly. A bit of a walk to any metro stations.

Our stay at the Nico Hotel was okay, the room is spacious for the money and it’s nice having the kitchen facilities. However the bathroom smelt strange like stagnant water and no matter how much we sprayed the room spray it didn’t leave. Also, the staff were not the most pleasant when asking for more towels as the rooms aren’t cleaned and towels aren’t replaced everyday they retrieved them from behind the bar and dropped one on the floor and picked it straight up thinking we wouldn’t notice. It’s okay for budget stay but if your looking a bit more luxury don’t recommend.

Hotel was very nice, 15 minute walk to Dotonbori which was great for night life. Simple check in if you pre-check, the desk attendant made it a lot simpler too. Only downside to this hotel is the lack of luggage forwarding due to staff being unable accept as they are only there certain hours. Although they informed me of this via email, I replied and asked where the nearest place to send the luggage to is, and was met with no reply and I had to figure it out myself and ship to a nearby Yamato center. Other than that, hotel was very nice, and I would stay again if I traveled lighter.
