Very nice staff, eager to help at any time of your visit. Great breakfast! Hotel was close to airport train and few tourist attractions. There is construction next to the hotel. We could see it outside our window. It was very nosy and building shook often. Good place to stay for another or two but make sure that construction is completed.

A really comfy hotel - nice cosy rooms, lovely soft bed (slept really well) and amazingly friendly staff (great level of customer service). The highlight was the included breakfast - breakfast included as standard in my experience has been quite basic, but here the breakfast spread is amazing, and certainly not budget-level. A real treat. I’d go back here in a heartbeat. Fantastic location for events at the Spektrum or Folketeateret.

The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is in a good location. Close to restaurants and a 10 minute walk to central train station. The room however was so small. We had to pick the suitcase up to walk around the bed. The hotel could also use a little T.L.C

The hotel was really excellent! I expected a decent hotel with a great location, but was happily surprised. The bed was very comfortable, the staff friendly, but the excellent breakfast really took me by surprise. The only negative thing was the slanted roof in the room that basically made the separate area for desk and chairs virtually unusable.

Impossible to sleep! Excessively loud noise outside, people shouting all night using speakers. The property offers earplugs to block the noise but this is absolutely useless. When complaining on the next morning, the receptionist told me I should have asked to change rooms (in the middle of the night???!!) because they “could gladly put me in a quiet room”. So why didn’t they in the first instance??? For that, I would say the discomfort really is hotel’s fault, as it could be avoided easily if somebody cared the least about clients.

Increíble llegar a un hotel y que esté en plena remodelación, ruido desde las 7 am. Nunca fuimos advertidos de esto. Frente al precio, otras personas han estado en hoteles del mismo precio (230 usd, con estracarho por ir con mi esposa al haberme equivocado en la reserva por hoteles.com) Que mala experiencia, no hubiera pagado por una sola noche en el hotel.

Rommet var et av dei aller minste jeg har hatt. Men det er en perfekt plass dette og hyggelig ansatte så oppholdet har vært ok. Trur jeg vil be om noen m2 større neste gang.
