Great stay, great location
Despiste of a minor incident without the first night I booked everything riled out smoothly afterwards. It’s located almost downtown, a couple of blocks away from the train station which makes it walkable. They really know how to take care of their guests. Restaurant has great food, service could improve.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this establishment. The hotel had a very elegant, nice and local vibe, you could really feel inmersed in a cultural experience. At the same time, the price of the food was very affordable and awesome quality, the staff was friendly, approachable and extremelly polite and caring. It was still a laid back atmosphere, where you could feel at home, among the authenticity of Dakar. I would certainly recomend it! Bocoum from reception was so polite, helpful, nice and professional, and Alphonse was so caring and helpful as well.

The beach club was super relaxing and the breakfast buffet was really good. Overall, the hotel was fine, but not really 5* standard. The rooms are very standard "Accor rooms", with plasticy bathrooms and quite basic amenities. My shower was only partially working during the stay. Not that there were any major problems during my stay, and the staff were nice, but it's very hard to tell the difference between this and an Ibis for example.

I liked the warm greetings from all the staff and attention to detail. The room was comfortable for two people. Disappointed that there wasn’t more English translations in menu etc. They have no option to receive western/international news besides BBC. ATM machines need to work on a regular basis.

First trip to Africa for this American. The Pullman Teranga is a well run hotel with beautiful views of the ocean. Speaking some French Is helpful but not necessary. Housekeeping service was great. Lobby bartender makes a mean Negroni. Had a good business dinner in the restaurant. Enjoyed poolside drinks and food.

One of the best properties and very safe. The only issues is, bring your own face towels/wash cloths. The staff provided one the first day but couldn’t understand when we requested more. Property is an oasis within the hustle and bustle of a port city. I had a suite and welcomed with wine and fruit. I didn’t arrive until 130am and checked in with ease. I should have booked a car service to and from the airport directly with the hotel, it would have saved me stress and money. Otherwise, the spa, pool, lounge, restaurants were an added touch for my holiday.

I went to the Pullman Teranga and we were overall disappointed by the quality of this hotel. It is supposed to be a 5 starts but the carpet is dirty, our rooms were not cleaned every day even when we put the sign to clean, we were out of bath towels for 2 days and the staff was very disorganized overall.

Location of the property was fine. Facilities were good. Not quite sure this is a 5 Star property. Definitely overpriced. Front desk staff were the absolute worst. I read reviews about bad front desk service and had lowered expectations even then they couldn't even meet me up with low expectations. They were quite unhelpful; language and attitude were abrasive and sometimes downright unprofessional. Staff at the restaurants were however excellent. Makes you wonder why the hotel's management will keep this set of people at the Front desk. Would I stay here again. Yes. I would.
