The hotel was nice, disappointed the pool was closed and that wasn't indicated on hotels.com. Also we requested a roll away bed which it said they had on hotels.com and at check in we were told they didn't offer them.

The room was satisfactory. Secure door lock was missing. Shades had holes. AC was high, medium, low settings. Room was too cold. Outlets couldn’t hold some plugs. Otherwise comfortable though they skimped on tired supply. I was glad I spent only one night.

Everything was excellent except for the exit/entry rear door. We had an event to attend and got back to the hotel at 11 p.m., parked near the rear entry and couldn't get back in.....had to walk all the way around to the front entry. Most hotels have a room key entry but this one did not.

Was in town to visit my Mother. Her care facility was within a few months. The hotel was nice and clean, but the bed was too soft for me. There was no microwave in the room but the fridge worked great!

Room was small and not near as updated as the main entrance. The place looks awesome when you arrive. The headboard of the bed was on the same wall as the elevator and you could hear it plainly every time it was used. It was used much more than I would have ever thought,all hours of the night. Not a pleasant stay for $200/night.

Clean rooms and tidy entire building. big conference rooms for boxing and other conventions. lots of tv channels and free wifi. The only inconvenience is no usb charging ports in rooms but plenty of wall outlets. Dove liquid soaps and shampoos in bathrooms.
