The hotel charges additional fee per night to park your car in their lot. This is not made clear when I initially booked the hotel. The room was clean however there was not enough towels in the room.

It was good for the price and location. It was well painted outside curb appeal. The interior room had basic necessities. Could be updated. Overall, it was a good stay.

Pros: very affordable, centrally located, clean room, friendly staff, cute coffee shop next door to property. Cons: room had a musty smell, dated motor lodge, people partying in parking lot.

The motel was run down, the shower curtain and bathroom smelled like old wet towels. There was no body wash in the bathroom, but one of the staff gave us bar soap. The air conditioning worked well and the location is good. The parking gets crowded at night but there is overflow parking in the garage.

The hotel has a great location, you a find many shops nearby just walking distance. The staff is friendly and the room was clean.

4/10 Fair

The room was clean, which was the bright spot. In fairness, the staff did a good job of maintaining the room while we were there. Outside of the room, things were not clean. The office staff was hard to find on the two occasions that we had an issue. We often had to wait 10 or more minutes for someone to come back into the office. Offsite parking is difficult at best, due to the 4 one-way streets around the hotel. While the breakfast was edible, it wasn't good. There were small pancakes in what appeared to be a steamer every morning that we were there... yet no one turned the steamer on, so the pancakes were room temperature at best. The price was cheap, so if you want a clean room and you don't care so much about the other stuff, then this might be the place for you.

the hotel was only 20 minutes from Petco Park. You get a continental breakfast in the morning. But no bacon or eggs. And it looked like they had free parking but you have to pay an extra $25 for parking.

4/10 Fair

First off our room smelled like a cross between a chlorinated pool and a musty basement. The room has seen better days. I am positive that it probably has mold under the carpet. But the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was subpar. It consisted of plain bagels, waffles, pancakes, and white bread. No fresh fruits. No pastries. We liked the location since we could walk to wherever. It isn't enough to have us stay again.

The staff were really nice and helpful. I was missing body wash in the room but they just provided it to me when I asked. My key also wasn’t working at one point but that was also quickly resolved. The parking structure is also conveniently near by and rated at a reasonable price.
