Great for the price
For the price this is a great choice. Clean and comfortable room, hot water in the shower and in a central location. A big thank you to Latitia who was on hand looking after the 2 rooms on site, and to Roly for the email communication and taxi booking. I would be happy to stay here again.

We spent 2-3 days in Havana staying at this property. Leticia, our host was very helpful providing local insight and was always just a door knock away. The property itself was clean, tidy and in an excellent location for exploring the local area/sights. It was less than 5 mins from the Capitolio building which dominates the Havana metropolis. The people were very friendly too, we met our neighbours whilst out strolling and they assisted us for someone to eat, some cigars etc. We told our host we will be back one day soon, it was a home from home and we were made to feel welcome. Thanks for a great stay, Tony and Lora xx

Clean and safe
My visit here was right before the shut down of pre covid. The visit was a pleasant one. The property was very clean, and comfortable. The owners were friendly and attentive to any needs we may have had, breakfast available each day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Havana
Very nice people, clean place compared other places in Cuba. The entrance has many high stairs and is narrow. Otherwise great location and place to stay. Recommended.

Keine Bewertung des Zimmer möglich
Leider war gebuchtes Zimmer nicht möglich, weil damals kein Wasser dort war. Deswegen kann ich das Zimmer nich bewerten. Die Host hat uns aber nicht im Stich gelassen und hat uns ein anderes Zimmer, bei Bekannten um die Ecke gegeben, wo leider nur ein Bett (statt gebuchten 2) war und kein Internet. Aber alles war i.O., wir haben die Unterkunft bekommen :)

Bon emplacement pour profiter de la vie cubaine
Cet hebergement se trouve a 2 pas du Capitol, point de repère et de depart pour les visites. La chambre était propre, avec une gran de salle de bain, une petite cour intérieure habritée, pour se poser. Un peu bruyant autour le soir. Petit déjeuner possible mais l hote ne le propose pas.

Abbiamo prenotato la camera con cucinino tavolo e sedie, approfittando di mangiare comodi al fresco dei piatti da asporto di un ristorante sotto casa. Pulizia accurata, bagno con bidet. Il proprietario Roly è una persona molto disponibile e conosce bene l'italiano. Posizione comoda tra Havana Vieja e Havana Centro, dietro al Capitolo.

Cerca del Capitolio....
Bastante cerca del Capitolio y hotel kempinski. Habitación muy cómoda pero un poco ruidoso con perros ladrando cerca La dueña fue amable y comunicamos muy bien. Una nota de cuidado , ese alojamiento está en una planta primero con dos niveles de escaleras.

Roly Colonial House經驗分享
這裡距離舊國會大廈很近, 從機場搭巴士P12來就坐到最後一站, 很方便, 去舊城區也不遠. 附近一家餐館開到很晚很方便, 價位合理, 就是口味重了點 (尤其是pasta系列). Roly很熱心, 給予很多協助, 可惜語言不太通, 但他都會用google翻譯跟我們溝通, 很感謝. 房間外面的露台就是吃早餐的地方, 晚上可以早點睡, 不然早上若有人很早用餐會被吵醒睡不夠, 哈哈.
