Terrible Experience
Terrible experience, unable to get breakfast due to a lack of staff, hotel was unable to remove the cost of breakfast following my request and they then couldn't provide me with a printed receipt. Similar issues were experienced in their Croydon hotel the week before. Time to use a different hotel chain.

Great launch point for an Ireland road trip.
We stayed here because we flew from Edinburgh to Belfast so we could visit the "Giants Causeway". We rented a car and day-tripped to the causeway. It was amazing. We really enjoyed our road trip, and one night in Belfast was plenty for us. It is a unique city with a controversial past.

Great Hotel in the center of town!
Room was perfect, very clean & comfortable. Staff was always Helpful and friendly. Hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. Having the book a taxi at the front desk was very convenient. Getting dinner and breakfast for a couple of days while you had the big tour groups was a little bit of an inconvenience.
