"Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Microwave and fridge in good working order. This is our go-to spot when we head to Norfolk. Great location and reasonably priced - especially when you spend most of your time at the beach. "
"The room was clean. The staff in the front was wonderful. It is in a convenient location. The only complaint that I have is room service. I understand that checkout is at a certain time but knocking on the doors and even opening the door while we are still in the room repeatedly is excessive. I'd still recommend this hotel! Just make sure you're out of the room well before 11am. "
