hotel's signage was lacking, which was especially necessary since the resort is very large. room floor was not clean, had dust bunnies. room service took over an hour and did not have the right items ordered.

Amenity experience was bad as they have frequent break time to limit the use and close too early. Restaurants close early and there is limited food service within the resort. Room service takes forever and my kids had to starve after pool play. Not a good resort but decent for hotel use purpose.

A beautiful hotel with great view and a coastal hiking trail. The room is spacious with a bathtub overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately, all the facilities are chargeable eg Waterhouse with pool. The hotel is staffed by a very young group lacking in international experience.

The hotel was a bit out of the way but worth the drive if you like to open the window to the sound of waves and the view of the wide ocean just in front of your balcony. There is a small "town" area at the ground of the property with restaurant, cafe and convenient store. Nice if you just want to stay and relax at the hotel. There are restaurants nearby but you will have to take a car to go out. Would be helpful if the staffs were more fluent in English. Sometimes you have to explain a few times for them to get what you're saying.
