Spacious and comfortable hotel with great view from room and also outside spa. Lounge service with drinks and snack was wonderful, too. Definitely we’ll come back.

Only complaint was my non smoking room, had a smell of smoke, maybe from the ventilation.
Otherwise, amazing breakfast, views and onsen.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of the sea was lovely. The onsen was fantastic! I got there about an hour before check-in and they let me into my room early which was nice. The location is a bit challenging for people without cars but it can be done if you don't mind walking a lot. It's about 20 minutes, mostly uphill, from the train station. There is a bus that runs occasionally between the hotel and the train station. A taxi costs about 800 yen.

Very nice resort-hotel, great view from the rooms and great onsen.
Great souvenir shop at the hotel.
Rooms are large but with poor decor that was probably done during the bubble years...
Hot-spring is GREAT with beautiful view over the bay.
In the parking lot of the hotel I noticed one evening a deer and a wild rabbit, that was a nice surprise.

Best hotel in Wakayama
This is the best hotel in Wakayama. Unfortunately, transpiration around the hotel is very limited. For people with cars, it's not a problem. For Japan, the room is very big and clean. The food is a bit expensive, but service is good.

Good view of the coast
Nice hotel close to the coast,
The breakfast buffet was good.
The dinner buffet seemed a little overpriced.
The restaurants fill up quickly, so make a reservation when you arrive.

Perfect stopover on a roadtrip
Stayed here with a friend on our wakayama roadtrip. The hotel was easy to reach had a free parking spot and amazing spa facilities. The outdoor hotspring had great views overlooking the bay and so did our room. We did enjoy the sunrise in a spacious and clean room before heading back on the road again. The hotel itself is not the newest but really well maintained.

Our twin bed room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean and Oshima Island. The large, relaxing indoor and outdoor onsens are included in the room price. The buffet breakfast provides an 80/20% mix of Asian/Western food. The best time for breakfast is after 8 a.m. when all of the tour busses have left. Reception spoke excellent English. I would certainly stay here again if I had the opportunity!
Hotel in a great location and view. Clean and comfotable. Dinner restaurant was rushed and quality of food was expected to be much better than it was. We felt very rushed and the fish was not the best quality that one could reasonable expect in this part of Japan.
